Baked Curry Chicken Breast
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup butter -- melted
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic -- crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  1. Place chicken, skin-side down, in greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Brush chicken with some of the sauce.
  3. Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes, basting once.
  4. Turn chicken, bake 30 minutes, basting with additional sauce every 10 minutes until chicken is tender.
