Cut two pieces of Plastic canvas as above (one is the lining)
Stitch one (only) as shown or with your favorite design

Cut 7 pieces as above for the knob
Stack and place on the section shown in red on the first graph
Fasten all 8 pieces together with an X as shown,

Cut 4 pieces as shown above
Fasten short ends together forming a square. Center on the box liner and stitch in place

Place the liner piece underneath the top piece already made, and whip stitch or use your favorite stitch around the edge as in the example above

Cut 4 side pieces as shown above and stitch

Cut 1 piece of plastic canvas as shown above and attach the side pieces on each side

Pull sides up and Whip or braid stitch the edges as in example above

Whip or braid stitch the opening as in example above
