A quick and easy yet beautiful bookmark, mirror hanger, necklace or many other uses can be made with a scrap of plastic canvas and 1 1/2 yards of 1/8" grosgrain ribbon or yarn
Starting at the S F hole, thread through # 2 and bring up to #3 at the back threading through and down to #4
Continue following the numbers and keeping the ribbon smooth and not tight
to finish make an X across the center, double the remaining length and bring back up through the F S hole. Trim to prefered length
Add a touch of fabric glue to the back to hold the ribbon end at the X
