- 1934 bought the Malinite Corp. and began producing ceramic housewares, The successful Poppy Trail line was introduced
- 1938 built the first tunnel kiln
- Late 1930s hired designer Carl Romanelli
- WWII they produced Machine parts
- after WWII dinnerware became the main production
- 1946&47 made ware for National Silver
- 1947 purchased by Evan K Shaw and reorganized
- 1958 bought patterns and equipment from Vernon Kilns
- 1989 ceased production
