Niles & Cambridge Ohio
- 1901 founded in Niles, Ohio
- 1910 aquired by F H Sebring and managed by William H Tritt
- 1912 incorporated
- 1920 fire damaged the plant, and was repaired
- 1921 sold to A O C Ahrendts
- Operated for a very short time as Crescent China, but quickly changed to Atlas China
- 1925 fire destroyed the buildings but they were rebuilt
- 1926 Atlas China Company merged with the Globe China Company of Woodlawn Ave., Cambridge, Ohio, to become the Atlas Globe China Company, with both plants operating in their respective towns
- early 1930s the Niles plant was shut down with production continuing in Cambridge
- 1930s also saw a forced liquidation that was settled out of court
- 1934, the property was aquired by Universal Potteries.
