- 1922 B E Allen founder of Sterling China purchased interest resulting in the purchase of all the stock.
- 1937 flooded
- 1945 destroyed by fire
- "Sequoia Ware" and Berkley" were two of their lines.
- 1982 sold to Bipin Mizra who operated the American China Co for the production of Airline china
- 1983 completely closed
